Shipping and Processing Times

Current processing time CAN take up to 14 business days (this doesn't include weekends or holidays)- normally we get packages out much sooner but we always want to set the expectation in the forefront.

If you EVER have an issue with your order or need an update, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We currently are shipping out of (3) different warehouses. Two within the US and (1) overseas.

Again, we want to reiterate our expectations are to get items to you as fast as possible and before the 10 business day mark, however- we also believe in being open and transparent with our amazing customers.
